Return & Refund Policy
At Crimson Cult, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns / Exchanges
Due to the nature of fashion accessories (rings, chains, earrings, bracelets, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or size/fit issues.
This is to maintain hygiene and quality standards.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
Returns are only accepted if:
The product delivered is damaged,
Or an incorrect item was sent.
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Proof Required
To process a return or replacement, you must provide clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged/incorrect product.
Without proof, we cannot process the request.
4. Resolution
Once verified, we will:
Send a replacement at no extra cost, OR
Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
